IT’s not for everyone

Tri-Level Fitness is a program that works, regardless of your belief system. If you are open to the concept that your body can heal itself, you will find this program highly valuable in your fitness, nutrition and overall wellness journey. Week 1 is all about learning. You learn about yourself, how you currently think, feel, and behave. Measurements are taken and by the end of the week, you have a perfect plan for you to follow in weeks 2 and 3. You will complete the book, Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself, by Dr. Joe Dispenza and will have watched all 13 episodes of Rewired.

 
The focus is on awareness. You learn to become more aware of negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors that lead to chronic stress and how the body responds to high level of hormones over long periods. Meditation is introduced in week 1 and follows into weeks 2 and 3. Relaxation is critical in the healing process. Starting with 5 minutes a day, you will quickly get up to 30 minutes or more. Meditation is a key to redefining the New Self so you can find new potentials. You learn how to quickly create meal plans, grocery shop for non-GMO, 100% organic food for a Mediterranean diet.
 
Week 1 you simply track what you are currently thinking, acting and doing, including what you feed your body. You will analyze your behavior and make some corrections as you move into week 2 where food will be planned. TLF focuses on calories in and calories out but does not focus on food as much as mindset. The goal is to get to a state of happiness, contentment and overall feeling of well being. You cannot begin a fitness journey if your mind is not on board. We aim to exercise your  mind, so it will be easier for your body to follow! We look forward to all who are excited about joining!
